KARATE
Karate is a Japanese martial art whose physical aspects seek the development of defensive and counterattacking body movements. Kicking, striking and defensive blocking with arms and legs are integral parts of this martial arts discipline, which is called Karate – and the style we practice is Shito Ryu.
The children’s beginner groups start from the age of 8 and the adult groups from the age of 14
Advanced groups are organized separately according to the number of those who pass the belt exams.

COMBAT FITNESS
A mix of motion exercises with variable intensity and self-defense procedures. It is designed to develop your physical performance and give you more confidence in your abilities.
