KARATE



Karate is a Japanese martial art whose physical aspects seek the development of defensive and counterattacking body movements. Kicking, striking and defensive blocking with arms and legs are integral parts of this martial arts discipline, which is called Karate – and the style we practice is Shito Ryu.
The children’s beginner groups start from the age of 8 and the adult groups from the age of 16
Advanced groups are organized separately according to the number of those who pass the belt exams.
To participate in competitions, the student must pass the belt exam, need a karate suit, foot and hand protection, and mouth guard.

COMBAT FITNESS



🥋🥊Combat Fitness is a high-energy training session that combines boxing, martial arts movements and functional fitness into one powerful workout. The focus is on boxing bag work, pad training and dynamic partner drills, making the session both effective and fun.
